RE:              Reorganization

In recognition of the significant effort that will be required of Student Services to prepare for residential student life and for an intensified campus life for all students, Enrollment Services will now report to Academic Affairs.  This reporting line is typical of many universities our size, and it will foster a greater integration of recruitment and retention programs.

Student Services is charged to begin developing the programs and the support that will be required as we welcome residential students to Purdue Calumet in Fall 2005.  This responsibility will require the guidance and substantial attention of Vice Chancellor Leo Bryant.  Concurrently, academic departments will become more heavily involved in recruitment and retention efforts.  Incorporating Enrollment Services in Academic Affairs will support these developments.

Beginning September 20, 2004, the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Services, Anne Agosto-Severa, will report to Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Nabil Ibrahim.
