Re:      Creation of Subordinate Committee on Student Academic Integrity

Upon the Senate Resolution (SD04-01) on September 1, 2004, Student Affairs Committee forwards the names listed below to be nominated as the members of the Subordinate Committee on Student Academic Integrity.  The membership includes four faculty members, two students, the Vice Chancellor for Student Services or her/his designee, and at least one member of the Honor Council.

The Subordinate Committee on Student Academic Integrity, effective immediately, shall be responsible for developing and monitoring, with the cooperation of appropriate University offices and officers, policies and procedures relating to implementation of the student Honor Code, developing a handbook, seeking necessary support and resources for the Code, and regularly reporting to the Student Affairs Committee and the Faculty Senate about the Honor Code and its implementation at Purdue Calumet.
