Justification: The course description is being updated following TAC-ABET evaluation team recommendations that topics in construction law and ethics be added to the curriculum.
Current: CMET 445 Construction Management Class 3, Credit 3 Prerequisite: CMET 341, CMET 344 and CMET 450, or consent of instructor Business policy and problems relating to construction companies. Includes contractors’ organization, financial management, project management, supervision, cost analysis, and equipment economics. |
