Document Subject: Revision of AS Program in ECET.
Justification:
The addition of ECET 212, Electrical Power and Machinery in the 4th semester to satisfy the recent ABET recommendations. Relocation of POL 305 (Technology and Society) from the 4th to the 3rd semester and PHYS 220 from the 3rd to the 4th semester in the Associate Degree program. ECET 100, Introduction to Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology changes from 2 credit hours to 1 credit hour to satisfy the 2/3rd ratio between required technical content and total credit hours as per ABET recommendation. (see ECET 100 curriculum document for course content and pattern change.)
