Justification:

This course and the curriculum are based on the latest and most up to date information in regards to IT curriculum accreditation by ABET.

Proposed:

ITS 462 Application Integration: ( Pattern 2 hours  lecture, 2 hours lab, 3 hours credit )(Prerequisite ITS 460) This course covers service oriented computing, integration of disparate enterprise applications, and implementing interfaces between platforms and applications.  Extensive laboratory exercises are assigned.

 

Impact on Students:

This course will focus and better prepare the information technology student within the ABET accreditation guidelines.
