New Course -  ITS 430 Systems Programming

 

Justification:

This course and the curriculum are based on the latest and most up to date information in regards to IT curriculum accreditation by ABET.

Proposed:

ITS 430 Systems Programming:  ( Pattern 2 hours  lecture, 2 hours lab, 3 hours credit )(Prerequisite ITS 340) This course covers multiple platform scripting tools and script development for customization of systems features, batch operations, and automated system management.  Extensive laboratory exercises are assigned.

 

Impact on Students:

This course will focus and better prepare the information technology student within the ABET accreditation guidelines.
