Justification:

This course and the curriculum are based on the latest and most up to date information in regards to IT curriculum accreditation by ABET.

ITS 170 Networking Technologies: (Pattern 2 hours  lecture, 2 hours lab, 3 hours credit)

This course covers routing and switching, physical layer, foundations of networking, security, application considerations, network management, and other topics.

This course will focus and better prepare the information technology student within the ABET accreditation guidelines.
