Justification:

This course and the curriculum are based on the latest and most up to date information in regards to IT curriculum accreditation by ABET.

ITS 100 Information Technology Fundamentals: (Pattern 3 hours  lecture, 0 hours lab, 3 hours credit)

This is the freshman experience course that also covers pervasive themes in IT, organization issues, and history of IT, IT and its related informing disciplines, application domains, computer math, and other IT topics.


 

Impact on Students:

This course will focus and better prepare the information technology student within the ABET accreditation guidelines.
