Document Subject: Change in prerequisites for OLS 486 Management of Change

Justification:

The current prerequisites for OLS 486 came with the course as it was transferred from Purdue University West Lafayette, and are not appropriate for the OLS program here at Purdue University Calumet.

Current: Prerequisites: OLS 252 (Human Relations) and OLS 274 (a Purdue University West Lafayette course that does not exist at Purdue University Calumet).

Proposed: Prerequisites OLS 252 (Human Relations) and OLS 384 (Leadership Process) are more appropriate for the Purdue University Calumet OLS program
