Document Subject: OLS 485 (Leadership for Team Development) prerequisite change

Justification:

The current prerequisites for OLS 485 came with the course as it was transferred from Purdue University West Lafayette and are not appropriate for the OLS program here at Purdue University Calumet.

Current: OLS 375 (Training Methods) and OLS 376 (Human Resource Issues) which are Purdue University West Lafayette courses with material covered in Purdue University Calumet courses with other numbers.

Proposed: Prerequisites OLS 252 (Human Relations) and OLS 384 (Leadership Process) are appropriate for the Purdue University Calumet OLS program
