Document Subject: 1. Revision of course number from OLS 363 to OLS 163, and 2. Change course name to Fundamentals of Self-Management.

Justification: 1. Since the content of this course deals with self-management, goal-setting, and prioritization,

students will receive more benefit by taking it in the early stages of their academic program, rather than in the

latter stages. 2. Due to potential legal implications with the Napoleon Hill Foundation, course name change is required.
