Document Subject: New minor in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology

Justification: Non ECET students can earn a minor in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology to expand their body of knowledge in this area.

Current: None

Proposed:

A non-ECET student can earn a minor in ECET by completing 19-22 credits in our program. Required courses are ECET 214(3), 109(3), and 209(4) for a total of 10 hours. Once the initial core requirement of 10 hours is fulfilled, a minimum of 9 to 12 additional credit hours are to be chosen from the lists below. These courses can be mixed or followed in a particular pattern to receive the minor in a specific area:
