This course utilizes a systematic approach to physical assessment of individuals across the life span. The process of gathering assessment data in the four adaptive modes is taught with emphasis on physiological integrity. Techniques of interviewing, history taking and physical examination are introduced. Lab experiences for the application of these techniques are provided.
