Justification: This is a course in the B.A. in the Business program. To enable students to satisfactorily complete through the courses they should have an appropriate background in management that is provided by BA 121 (Principles of Accounting II). The current prerequisites for the BA 121 are not sufficient to satisfy the course.

This course is a continuation of BA 120. Same
Emphasis is on reporting issues including
financial and cash flow statements.
