Subject: Faculty and Staff Survey

The Senior Leadership Team recognizes the critical role faculty and staff play in day to day university functions.

As such, we are asking for faculty and staff opinions related to the quality of the work environment at Purdue University Calumet. The attached survey will begin the process of gathering opinions related to important organizational issues.

Please be candid in your responses. Your views matter! If we don't know your concerns, we cannot address them. If we don't know our strengths, we cannot sustain them. We need your feedback to assess our current situation and make improvements when necessary. The reliability and usefulness of this survey hinges on your input.

Once the survey results have been compiled and analyzed, we will communicate a summary of the findings to you.
