RE:                   Membership of the University Forum

 

 

Chancellor’s Memorandum A-233, dated May 7, 1998, established the University Forum.  This body is charged to ensure broad consultation regarding the future of Purdue University Calumet in a manner consistent with the university’s mission and vision and strategic plan. 

 

With recommendation from Purdue University Calumet’s APSAC, CSSAC, and Faculty Senate as described in Chancellor’s Memorandum A-233, and Revision by Memorandum dated November 8, 2002, the following representatives to the University Forum will serve as representatives of their respective governance bodies.  Terms of service of the University Form members will be the same as their remaining terms on their respective governance bodies, up to five years.  All those appointed have agreed to serve.

The Vice Chancellors will be non-voting participants in the Forum, and will rotate responsibility for convening the body.  They will also provide support as required.

 

In that the deliberations and recommendations of this University Forum will have university-wide impact, your attention to the work of this body is both encouraged and appreciated.  I look forward to receiving the advice of the Forum and sharing it with the entire university community.
