RE:  Recall Petition Student Government President

The Agenda Committee requests the Council exercise Articles of Organization V.D.  This article provides for the recall of delegates who absent themselves unduly from the Council.  Student Government Delegate T. Moffitt was absent from three of four Fall meetings and one Spring meeting of the 1995/96 Council of Faculty Delegates.  The Agenda Committee request the Council approve by written ballot a recall petition to the Executive Committee of Student Government request the recall of delegate Thom Moffitt, Student Government President, and the appointment of a replacement from the remaining members of the Executive Committee.
